RFP Response Development

· Lead the development of high-quality, compelling RFP responses that clearly articulate Teleperformance's transformation value proposition

· Craft executive summaries, solution narratives, implementation approaches, and transition plans that resonate with client evaluation criteria

· Develop detailed responses to technical, operational, and commercial requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance

· Coordinate input from multiple internal stakeholders (delivery, operations, technology, legal, commercial) to create cohesive, integrated proposals

· Maintain RFP response libraries, templates, and content repositories to improve efficiency and consistency across opportunities

Pre-Sales Enablement & Collaboration

· Partner with Pre-Sales Consultants and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification through contract negotiation
