Job Summary
The Transformation Solution Consultant at Teleperformance EMEA will serve as a critical member of the Sales Support team, working behind the scenes to design compelling transformation solutions and craft winning RFP responses that drive business growth. This internal-facing role bridges the gap between sales opportunities and technical delivery, translating client business challenges into comprehensive transformation roadmaps that leverage Teleperformance's capabilities across Digital Transformation, Process Excellence, Organizational Change, Generative AI, CCaaS, and Omnichannel solutions. Based within the EMEA region and reporting to the SVP – Transformation, this role requires a solution architect mindset combined with excellent documentation and proposal development skills.
