About the role

7 Month Fixed-Term Contract As a Transformation Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing oversight and coordination across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will guide leaders to navigate change while maintaining a strong focus on business readiness and operational outcomes. You'll challenge thinking, influence decision-making and ensure transformation activities delivers real change. Success in this role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategic conversations and operational execution, asking the tough questions when needed and helping leaders solve problems before they become roadblocks.
