Why this role exists

Our Transformation Office leads the execution rhythm for strategic change (supporting FF10X/Strategy 2030 initiatives, investment governance, and quarterly release planning) while Lisbon continues to scale as a central Shared Services hub. This role provides the operational backbone that ensures smooth operations (scheduling, logistics, facilitation support, and creation of clear, well-structured papers and packs for working-level audiences).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end scheduling for Transformation Office forums (steerco, portfolio reviews, quarterly checkpoints, risk forums), including attendee coordination across time zones and room/VC logistics.
  • Prepare and run the room: ensure meeting materials are prepared and technology is tested, and time-keep to agenda.
