Responsibilities
- To manage the transformation of ETS/Engines to a Smart MRO shop (in line with Industry 4.0) to achieve increased efficiency and assist ETS Transformation Leader in achieving overall productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
- Design, drive and lead the Transformation Programme which include Digitization, Big Data Analytics, Automation, Smart Solutions (imaging, AR/VR) and additive machining/3D printing and Continuous Improvements (CI)/Kaizen projects.
- Manage CI and Kaizen programme
- Provide effective change management leadership, lead multiple projects and support various project managers in the design and implementation of transformation/CI/Kaizen projects.
- Set deliverables, identify resource needs, formulate work plans and manage the budgets associated with this Transformation Programme. (for ETS Transformation Leader)
