Job Description

JD for Transformation Manager Key Responsibilities:
As the right hand of the Engagement manager Own and Drive productivity improvement for accounts.
Improve services through various transformation levers. (ZeroOps, Automation, Problem mgmt, Gen AI etc).
Senior Stakeholder management -- Capgemini and client organizations.
Ensure the critical Application Maintenance processes( Incident, Problem, Knowledge Mgmt) follow the high standard hygiene.
Own industrialization contribution margin improvement plan for the account, ensure cost of production is optimised thereby meeting/exceeding the contractual commitments. Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in leading Application Maintenance across technologies and locations (Size of 250+ FTEs). Cross-technology exposure including SAP, BI, C&CA preferred.
Experience in designing and driving transformation initiatives including change management.
