The Strategy & Transformation Office in the CEO area is where this transformation is orchestrated. In your role as Transformation Manager, you will be part of the strategy execution team of one of the world's largest captive IT shared service providers, helping to drive our transformation agenda from strategy through to measurable impact. A core part of your remit is owning the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives — typically one or more at a time, with their scope and number evolving as the transformation portfolio.
