About the role:

Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Transcription Services Representative/Associate , you'll assist with court transcription orders.

*This role will be filled at the Representative or Associate level, depending on experience.

What you'll get to do:

• Inputting important information into a spreadsheet regarding the production of each audio recording received, transcriptionist information, and delivery of same.
• Downloading and checking new jobs coming in (correct audio and time estimates).
