This role supports the end-to-end coordination of domestic shipments, ensuring timely execution, accurate data entry, and a high level of customer service throughout the logistics process. The Transcon Agent will track and trace freight, communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all operational, billing, and compliance requirements are met. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic supply chain environment and is driven to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
Day to Day:
• Execute and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and smooth process flow
• Maintain accurate operational data, billing, and financial records aligned to SOPs and KPIs
• Proactively communicate shipment status and resolve issues with customers and partners
• Complete client billing, invoice review, dispute resolution, and file closeout
