Transaction Services Lead — Due Diligence & Strategy

OutForce Inc. is assisting Arup with the growth of its Australasia transaction services team. This role focuses on delivering due diligence across Australia, supporting work-winning activities, and mentoring junior staff within a fast-paced advisory environment.

You will collaborate with a regional team of about 10 in Australia and Southeast Asia, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
