Job Description

He/She/They will be responsible the prompt processing and monitoring of requests for renewals of fees and charges, temporary credit and any other functions related to account balance adjustments.


The Responsibilities we will trust you with :


  • Receives all approved requests and ensures timely and accurate posting and adjustments of fees and/or charges
  • Ensures that all cases received for adjustment are all accounted and resolved
  • Processes Call Center referral cases on installment accelerations and transfer of existing installment transaction to corresponding new accounts


The Qualities you should have:


  • Holder of a bachelor's degree / graduate of a four-year or five-year course
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience preferably in a credit card company or banking institution
