The role involves diagnosing and resolving system issues, supporting end users, monitoring performance, and ensuring seamless MES operation across manufacturing environments.**

+ Provide Level 1 / Level 2 Support for TrakSYS MES application.
+ Monitor system performance and ensure continuous up time.
