About the Role:

Seeking a dedicated trainer/content developer to assist with the training and implementation of the Families Accessing Services through Technology system. This role involves developing classroom and eLearning courses to support system implementation, working closely with various teams to design and maintain training materials, and facilitating training sessions for social services program administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system functionality to develop learning solutions.
  • Design and develop course materials using Adobe FrameMaker and other software.
  • Facilitate effective classroom and virtual training for diverse groups.
