Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD3024000 and is part of the TN 118th WING Air National Guard. THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR RECRUITMENT OR RELOCATION INCENTIVE UNDER QUALIFYING FACTORS. Responsibilities As a TRAINING TECHNICIAN, GS-1702-09, you will oversee Group Training Programs and Subordinate Unit Compliance. This position serves as the Group Unit Training Manager (UTM) and operates under the direction of the Force Support Squadron (FSS) - Force Development Office (FDO). Coordinate Career Development Course (CDC) and Upgrade Training Oversight. Conduct Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) and evaluate Unit Training Programs. Manage formal schools and distance learning integration. Support Commander-Level Board Processes and Force Development initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
