Working Conditions~ -** Schedule~** Monday to Friday, 8~00 a.m. – 5~00 p.m. and 9~00 a.m. – 6~00 p.m. -** Modality~** On-site / Presential.

  • Required English level~ C1.

Responsibilities~

  • Design learning products focused on visual impact, branding, and user experience.
  • Develop leadership, professional, and personal development programs.
  • Facilitate organizational learning content both on-site and virtually.
  • Design and execute onboarding processes in collaboration with HR.
  • Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and propose effective solutions.
  • Implement adult learning strategies using L&D tools.
  • Develop measurement tools, evaluations, and knowledge assessments.

Skills & Competencies~

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer supervisor or similar roles
