Job Summary

The Training Supervisor (Food Account) oversees the planning, delivery, and monitoring of training programs for food service personnel assigned to client accounts. This role ensures that deployed employees are properly trained on food safety, service standards, and client-specific procedures to support operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement training programs for food service and restaurant-based manpower
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and skills training for new and existing employees
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and client training standards
• Coordinate training schedules with Operations, HR, and client representatives
• Monitor trainee performance and recommend retraining or corrective actions
