If you are a Training Specialist looking for an opportunity to grow your career: this role offers the chance to lead impactful technical training programs that support the quality and consistency of Emerson’s Lifecycle Services business. You will design, deliver, and enhance hands-on service and repair training for Flow Controls products, with a focus on Fisher control valves and instrumentation. You will collaborate closely with Premier Service Provider (PSP) teams, conduct competency audits, and help ensure OEM-level service standards across the PSP network.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Create and improve training curriculum and instructional materials related to control valve maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
  • Lead in-person training sessions at Emerson campuses, Impact Partner offices, and PSP service centers.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, approachable content for learners with varied experience levels.
