As a Training Specialist, you will manage the analysis, design, operation, delivery, and evaluation of learning and professional USCIS development programs throughout the District and Program Office and administers the programs activities to the workplace. Responsibilities Serves as a training and development specialist and works in collaboration and coordination with the FOD Training and Development (TDD) and the Office of Human Capital (HCT).
