Responsibilities

• Participate in the initial phase of building the training system and planning the training content.
• Participate in the localization of existing training materials and systems from China, adapting industrial training content to the actual operating conditions of the European factory.
• Prepare industrial training materials and develop training-related processes, procedures, and institutional documentation.
