Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Executive to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to ensure our agents provide exceptional customer service and meet performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver training modules for new hires and ongoing agent development.
· Conduct regular coaching sessions and refresher trainings.
· Monitor agent performance and identify training needs.
· Create and update training materials and manuals.
· Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
· Collaborate with QA and operations teams to align training with business goals.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
· 1+ years of experience in a call center training or similar role.
