About the Role

Are you an experienced Training & Development professional with a passion for developing people and supporting small enterprise growth? We are seeking a dynamic Specialist: Training to join an established organisation on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract .

The successful candidate will facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of training programmes.
