Overview

The Training Specialist drives operational excellence by assisting the Training Manager with all aspects of learning and development for non-exempt and exempt level employees.

The ideal candidate has experience developing and facilitating courses and programs for blended training methods (e-learning, micro-learning, video, virtual, face to face facilitation, etc.). They have experience leading training projects from inception, creating engaging, interactive experiences for learners using roleplay, case studies, game-based assessments, etc.

Location: Remote in the following states, GA, NY, NC, MA, FL, AZ, NJ, IL and OH

Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus potential

Schedule: Monday - Friday
