TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the REPAIR DIVISION of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. Responsibilities You will manage and schedule required training for personnel in their Area of Responsibility (AOR) and build classes in appropriate tracking system as needed for new training programs. You will assist training supervisors with developing training material. You will provide support to Supervisors and Training Supervisors and make recommendations or provide guidance on trade specific training or processes. You will provide guidance, assistance, and direction to training personnel, supervisors, and managers in all training matters. You will provide continuous process improvement to promote the efficient and effective delivery of training in order to improve trade skills and support the mission of TRFB.
