Big things are happening at WebstaurantStore! Our brand-new, high-tech, million sq. ft. automated distribution center in Hagerstown, Maryland, is searching for enthusiastic Training Specialists to help us build an unstoppable team.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with your manager to deliver hands-on, technical training that helps our warehouse team sharpen their skills. From onboarding new hires to reinforcing best practices across departments and shifts, you’ll ensure training remains consistent, engaging, and effective.

You’ll be a key player in boosting productivity, improving accuracy, and building confidence across the team.
