Training & Simulation Engineer – Rotorcraft

At ORTEC ENGINEERING SPAIN , we are reinforcing our Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS) teams to contribute to a major European next-generation rotorcraft programme .

We are looking for a Training & Simulation Engineer to support the definition and development of the Training Baseline for an advanced VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) platform within a multi-year defence development programme.

Reporting to the Production Director, the selected candidate will work within the IPS/ILS framework, contributing to the design of the training ecosystem that will support future operators, maintainers and support personnel throughout the system life cycle.

As part of the IPS/ILS team, you will participate in the definition, development and coordination of the Training & Simulation Baseline , ensuring alignment with operational, maintenance and life-cycle support concepts.
