CAE is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Training Record Administrator


Administrative Tasks: 

+ Submit reports on training activities and follow up until completion  


+ Purchase training materials through various vendors for all training programs.  Proficiency in Oracle is a plus.    


+ Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid. 

Coordination Tasks: 

+ Coordinates with training manager for all student and instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues
