Job Description

  • Support and coordinate public training programs, including scheduling, registration, and logistics arrangements
  • Liaise with trainers, participants and vendors to ensure smooth and effective program delivery
  • Handle participant administration, including enquiries, confirmations, attendance tracking, certificate preparation, and basic post‑training reports
  • Support documentation and administration tasks related to training programs (e.g. HRD Corp/HRDC if applicable) with guidance
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, promotions, and project‑related content across social media, email and website platforms
  • Maintain and update basic lead and enquiry tracking records
  • Coordinate preparation of training calendars, brochures and marketing materials
