Training Program Coordinator

What you’ll do

In this role, you will lead day-to-day administration of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure the platform runs smoothly, stays compliant with licensing limits, and delivers a strong user experience. This includes monitoring license utilization, maintaining alignment with our allocated user-license count, identifying usage trends, and escalating requests for additional licenses during the annual planning cycle when data supports the need.

You will create new users, adjust user statuses as needed, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, establish clear pathways for learners to submit feedback, and partner with the LMS vendor to address recurring problems and implement solutions that improve usability.
