Training Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Training Officer is responsible for the implementation of the learning and training programs for new and existing Team Members. He/she facilitates training programs in classroom, field and on the job settings. The Training Officer is also involved in administering training needs assessments, assessing technical skills shortages, and in addressing these through tailored training programs. The Training Officer should also ensure the effectiveness of these programs by monitoring performance post-training. He/she also executes on audits and process improvement initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

• Conducts several training programs such as: On-boarding, Technical Skills Training, Product or Equipment Training, Refresher Training, On-the-job or field Training, and other training programs needed by the Operations Team
• Plans, organizes and conducts the ENTECH On-boarding for all new Team Members
