Role Description

The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs for uniformed personnel. The role involves identifying training needs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. The Training Manager will work closely with management and other departments to ensure staff are well-trained, compliant, and performance-ready.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Nairobi.
