About the Role:

As a Training Manager, you are responsible for providing expertise to assist the sales team and sales leaders in developing new courses and presentations for field trainings. Collaborate with sales, marketing, programs and digital teams to understand their training needs and build the appropriate training materials for their needs. Support onboarding and ongoing education for sales leaders through Learning Management Systems, workshops, and in-person trainings.

What you'll do:

  • Instruction Design: apply creative design practices to the field of instructional design to develop the best materials, cadence and format for onboarding and ongoing trainings. Develop instructor guides, field trainings and presentations. Select, modify and integrate existing and new training materials that utilize multimedia and new technologies to develop the most complete training programs.
