Position Summary


We are looking for a dedicated Training Manager to lead the onboarding and skill development of our Virtual Assistants supporting a premium US brand.

You will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the account, responsible for taking established client processes and turning them into effective training sessions for our associates and team leads.



What does a day in the life look like?

  • Deliver Training Programs: Conduct comprehensive skill enhancement and technical training for new and existing VAs deployed to clients
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Regularly identify performance gaps and areas for improvement based onΒ  client/stakeholder feedback.
  • Product & Technical Instruction: Deliver hands-on training on our client's specific software (CRMs, scheduling tools) and service offerings
