Schedule: Night Shift (to align with US operations)

Key Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in US tax processes (required)
Greenbelt Six Sigma certification (must-have)
At least 1 year of experience in training management
Strong skills in planning, monitoring, and evaluation of training programs
