Position: Training Manager (Service Desk)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Setup: On-site
Shift: Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment
Salary Package: 88K-98K PHP (inclusive of base salary 80K-90K)
Target Start Date: ASAP
We are a leading BPO organisation seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead training initiatives for our Service Desk operations.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
End-to-end responsibility for New Hire training.
Present training initiatives and performance updates during client calls, including SD transitions.
Leverage understanding of training methodologies and global standards for measuring training effectiveness.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong time management abilities.
At least a Bachelor's degree.
6–8 years of relevant training experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Service Desk accounts (preferably managing training for SD accounts).
