We are a leading BPO organisation seeking an experienced
Training Manager
to lead training initiatives for our Service Desk operations.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- End-to-end responsibility for New Hire training.
- Present training initiatives and performance updates during client calls, including SD transitions.
- Leverage understanding of training methodologies and global standards for measuring training effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong time management abilities.
