88K-98K PHP (inclusive of base salary 80K-90K)

We are a leading BPO organisation seeking an experienced
Training Manager
to lead training initiatives for our Service Desk operations.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • End-to-end responsibility for New Hire training.
  • Present training initiatives and performance updates during client calls, including SD transitions.
  • Leverage understanding of training methodologies and global standards for measuring training effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong time management abilities.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
