We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with Trust representatives, deliver collaborative training sessions and maintain accurate training records.

This role plays a key part in driving continuous learning, ensuring compliance, and supporting the ongoing development of teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the training of FRC teams through the Super Academy at West Middlesex Hospital, on-site training at CHW and RMH, and eLearning
  • Report training figures to Trusts on a monthly basis
    Liaise with all sites to ensure training compliance targets are met
  • Innovate training content and delivery methods to empower frontline employees
  • Organise and manage all training-related queries and discussions with managers and operational teams
