Training Manager, Leadership Training

UTU Excellence Ltd is seeking two training specialists for fixed‑term positions as Training Managers from August to September . The employment relationships may continue beyond the fixed‑term periods as permanent positions. UTU Excellence Ltd was established in 2025 and is owned by the University of Turku. The company provides multidisciplinary training programs, coaching, and consulting services for domestic and international clients.

We are now looking to add two Training Managers to our growing team to handle the planning, implementation, development, and sales of leadership training.

Role

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and successfully delivering leadership training.
