DotPe is looking for a TrainingManager who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys building things from scratch.

If you are passionate about enabling teams, scaling learning programs, and driving performance in a dynamic setup—this role is for you!


- 4–7 years of experience in Training / L&D (startup experience preferred)


- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution skills


- Own sales onboarding & performance training


- Enable sales teams with practical, high-impact programs


- Work closely with leadership to drive revenue outcomes


- Passion for building scalable learning solutions
