• 4–7 years of experience in Training / L&D (startup experience preferred)
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
• Own sales onboarding & performance training
• Enable sales teams with practical, high-impact programs
• Work closely with leadership to drive revenue outcomes
• Passion for building scalable learning solutions
