Training Manager
What You'll Do
- Lead the warehouse training strategy and execution.
- Manage new hire onboarding and employee certification programs.
- Act as SME to develop the SOP, ensuring compliance with SOP, Quality, Safety, and customer training requirements.
- Maintain training records and audit readiness.
- Monitor workforce competency and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
- Lead and develop the warehouse training team.
- May expand scope to other warehouses in Asia.
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receive guidance and oversight from training manager.
- Accountable for results of a large and/or moderately complex support or production operations team including subordinate work leaders.
