Training Manager

What You'll Do

  • Lead the warehouse training strategy and execution.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and employee certification programs.
  • Act as SME to develop the SOP, ensuring compliance with SOP, Quality, Safety, and customer training requirements.
  • Maintain training records and audit readiness.
  • Monitor workforce competency and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop the warehouse training team.
  • May expand scope to other warehouses in Asia.
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinate work activities with other supervisors.
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receive guidance and oversight from training manager.
  • Accountable for results of a large and/or moderately complex support or production operations team including subordinate work leaders.
