Job Description
Lead the apprenticeship program at Epiroc in Lively, Ontario. This onsite role focuses on guiding apprentices through their training paths for interprovincial licensing and development.
As the Apprenticeship and Training Manager, you will oversee the training progress of apprentices, ensuring they comply with licensing requirements. Collaborating with supervisors and networking with educational institutions, you will support each apprentice's journey while facilitating regular progress evaluations and maintaining training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee apprentices' training paths for licensing completion
• Collaborate with supervisors for support and rotations
• Facilitate monthly touchpoints to assess apprentice progress
• Onboard new apprentices at the start of their journey
