Responsible for plant training planning and execution, development programs, BTO administration, and hourly recruitment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance)
Ensure annual training plan be effective and be on target (Training Hours and Financial Budget)
Ensure training needs detection be on time and accurate.
Ensure an effective Orientation Program for new hires.
Support audits (Labor Ministry in matter of Training, IATF, ISO 14001)
Ensure BTO green level in the plant
Interns and potentials development program administration
Administration of the Training Annual Budget
Ensure transparent and effective hourly recruitment processes without a high rate of turnover.
