Goal
Compliance and monitoring of training-related activities such as qualifications system, LMS, internal training and government processes.
Principal Activities
Follow-up with leaders and managers for the correct administration of evaluations to operational and administrative personnel.Follow-up to internal and external training for registration in government and internal systems. (Schaeffler Academy) Support in event management. Management of induction courses and follow-up to the documentation of new admissions (PI and DP) Creation of training content for e-learning.Support in internal and external audits.
