TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Summary You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Learning Standards Office of the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD SAN DIEGO. Responsibilities You will advise on all matters pertaining to training to include training functions, curriculum development, and testing programs. You will maintain master files for all the training materials for which they have cognizance. You will review and evaluate curriculum materials for technical accuracy and accomplishment of objectives. You will monitor and/or update appropriate instructions and databases with regard to training requirements, testing programs, and quality of training. You will provide guidance and support for planning, resources and administrative efforts needed.
