Education: Degree in Business Administration & related... Experience: At least 2 years of experience Development of the logistics of training and induction, experience in the electronic assembly industry; Test equipment and analysis techniques, accelerated learning techniques, process management, personnel management, knowledge transfer and evaluation mechanisms.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the manufacturing process of the electronics industry, Testing, OP. Technicians, Handling of packages (Excel, Word, powerpoint) Course development and Exams.

- Coordinate and give courses

- Preparation of manuals and updating of documents

- Training Validation

- Monthly progress reports

- Participate in continuous improvement meetings

- Update and follow-up to formats that apply to training procedure.
