Training Instructor

Summary You will serve as a Training Specialist at the GG-12 grade level responsible for creating and executing short and long-term training plans, perform program analysis, and implement continuous process imporvement with inNIOC/CNO ACTIVITY. Responsibilities You will manage program instruction development to ensure compliance with higher authority instructions. You will manage Cyber Mission Force work role qualification programs You will supervise and administer a training program. You will develop and review training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results. You will manage recurring and ad hoc operational readiness reporting in a variety of databases.
