Training Instructor

Summary The Training Instructor of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program provides a broad range of educational services and training to the staff throughout Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (HVAMC) and all associated activities, programs, and related committees including but not limited to the Disruptive Behavior Committee (DBC), Harassment Prevention Committee (HPC), and the Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior (PMDB) Program. Responsibilities Duties Include: Participates in the development and/or revision of course materials, virtual training, and computer-based training modules. Maintains specialized knowledge of PMDB education and training and provides training and re-training of PMDB skills to Hampton VAMC facility staff.
