Job Description

Ensure compliance with ILU standards by planning, delivering, and monitoring training programs for operational personnel, guaranteeing proper application of quality, safety, and production process standards. Key Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and deliver technical and operational training programs in accordance with ILU requirements. Monitor compliance with the annual training plan. Evaluate operational personnel competencies (theoretical and practical). Identify training needs in coordination with supervisors and management. Ensure required certifications and recertifications are completed. Maintain and update the Skills Matrix. Keep accurate training records and documentation for internal and external audits. Verify proper implementation of standardized work procedures on the production floor. Support ILU audits and other quality management systems (IATF, ISO, etc.).
