Ensure compliance with ILU standards by planning, delivering, and monitoring training programs for operational personnel, guaranteeing proper application of quality, safety, and production process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and deliver technical and operational training programs in accordance with ILU requirements.
- Monitor compliance with the annual training plan.
- Evaluate operational personnel competencies (theoretical and practical).
- Identify training needs in coordination with supervisors and management.
- Ensure required certifications and recertifications are completed.
- Maintain and update the Skills Matrix.
- Keep accurate training records and documentation for internal and external audits.
