Key Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver technical and operational training programs in accordance with ILU requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with the annual training plan.
  • Evaluate operational personnel competencies (theoretical and practical).
  • Identify training needs in coordination with supervisors and management.
  • Ensure required certifications and recertifications are completed.
  • Maintain and update the Skills Matrix.
  • Keep accurate training records and documentation for internal and external audits.
