Responsibilities
Fund monitoring and budget management at programme and project level.Support for the setting up of new awards including budgets, project codes, work orders, milestones, and communication of terms and conditions.Develop, implement and document new processes or procedures.Support for key internal and external stakeholders (such as students, departments, academics and partners) with financial and technical queries to ensure effective and compliant delivery of funds.Preparation of financial grant claims and statements, including regular reconciliation, sourcing evidence if required and preparation of journals.
